1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Miu's World website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Age Requirement: Our Services are intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. If you are between 16 and 18 years old in the Netherlands, you may only use our Services with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, in compliance with GDPR.
2. Description of Services
Miu's World provides digital content, including but not limited to games, downloadable content, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and complete information

8. Purchases and Payments
If you make a purchase through our Services:
- All prices include applicable Dutch VAT unless otherwise stated
- All sales are final, except where required by applicable law (including EU consumer rights)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- You are responsible for any additional applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors or suspected fraud
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from purchases of digital content or services within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
However, by starting to download, access, stream, or use the digital content or service and confirming your explicit consent during the purchase process, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. This waiver is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
For purchases where the right of withdrawal has not been waived, you may exercise your right by contacting us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We will process any eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including your rights under the Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770 regarding conformity of digital content and services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Miu's World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in the European Union.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Termination does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable EU law, including rights related to purchases already made.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
