End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Miu's World ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of Miu's World software, games, and related services ("Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. License Grant
Our services are strictly intended for adults only and are not available to users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the Software on compatible devices you own or control
- Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access online features and services associated with the Software
3. License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
- Use the Software for commercial purposes without authorization
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
- Create derivative works based on the Software
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Software
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Miu's World and title remains with us. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved by Miu's World. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
This includes but is not limited to:
- All characters, artwork, and visual designs
- Music, sound effects, and audio content
- Game mechanics and software code
- Trademarks, logos, and branding
- Story, dialogue, and written content
5. User-Generated Content
If the Software allows you to create or upload content:
- You retain ownership of content you create
- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
- You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate any laws or rights
- We may remove content that violates our guidelines
6. Online Services
The Software may include online features that require an internet connection. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue online services at any time, provided that such changes comply with EU rules on conformity of digital content. You acknowledge that:
- Online services may not always be available
- We may update or patch the Software automatically to maintain conformity and functionality
- Certain features may require additional purchases
- Your use of online services is subject to our Terms of Service
- We will maintain the Software's functionality as agreed for the expected lifespan of the product
7. Virtual Currency and Items
If the Software includes virtual currency or items:
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
- Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real currency
- Virtual items are licensed, not sold, to you
- We may modify or remove virtual items at any time, subject to applicable consumer protection laws
- All purchases of virtual currency are final, except where required by applicable EU consumer rights
- Virtual items and currency are subject to EU consumer laws on digital content conformity
8. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws in the Netherlands and European Union.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including your rights under the Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770 regarding conformity of digital content.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIU'S WORLD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Nothing in this EULA shall exclude or limit our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection laws in the European Union.
11. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
Termination does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable EU law, including rights related to purchases already made or remedies for non-conforming digital content.
12. Updates and Modifications
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770.
