End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Miu's World ("Company" or "we") for the use of our software, games, and related services (collectively, the "Software").

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. Grant of License

Technical Restrictions

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or hacks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Software or servers
• Access or attempt to access restricted areas or features
• Use the Software to violate any laws or regulations
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Content Restrictions

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users

4. Ownership Rights

Miu's World Intellectual Property

Miu's World retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including:

• All source code, object code, and executable files
• Graphics, artwork, animations, and visual elements
• Audio, music, sound effects, and voice recordings
• Game mechanics, rules, and gameplay systems
• Characters, stories, names, and fictional elements
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Documentation, manuals, and help materials

Third-Party Content

The Software may include third-party content licensed to Miu's World. Such content remains the property of the respective owners and is subject to their licensing terms.

Virtual Items and Currency

Any virtual items, currency, or digital goods obtained through the Software:

• Are licensed, not sold, to you
• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be transferred outside the Software
• May be modified or removed at our discretion
• Are forfeited upon license termination

5. User Generated Content

Your Content Rights

You retain ownership of original content you create using the Software. However, by creating and sharing content, you grant Miu's World:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content
• The right to modify, adapt, and create derivative works

Content Standards

All user-generated content must:

6. Software Updates

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Software ends immediately

10. Disclaimers

Software Provided "As Is"

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Miu's World DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
• COMPATIBILITY WITH YOUR HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE
• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
• SECURITY OR PRIVACY OF DATA

No Warranty on Performance

We do not warrant that:

• The Software will meet your specific requirements
• Operation will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Software is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results obtained from use will be accurate or reliable

11. Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Miu's World SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR SYSTEM FAILURE
• COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
• PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA

Maximum Liability

In no event shall Miu's World' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Essential Purpose

The limitations in this section apply even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to This EULA

Miu's World may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
